Consultation, management and implementation assignment of RIMF’s personnel and administrational duties.

Tasks

  1. Develop of plans for organisational struture, staffing and human resource development in the long term, the middle-term and annually.
  2. Manage and carry out organisation, personnel and human resource development work.
  3. Manage and carry out cadre work and implement the policies for labourers
  4. Develop technological and scientific potential opportunities including: machines, equipments and material that are serving for RIMF’s research; basic project of building and investment, building capacity project in large scale and small scale annually.
  5. Implement the tasks of improvement of administration procedures and property management.
  6. Implement the tasks of flood prevention, fire prevention, secutiry - national defence and other administrative works.
  7. Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.
