Overview of investigation and research on biodiversity and living marine resources in the Southwestern sea region 2. Research and evaluate the status of environmental factors, biodiversity, marine resources and the status of exploitation and use of resources in the Southwest Sea 3. Research and establish a scientific basis for biodiversity, living marine resources and solutions for conservation and rational use of biological resources in the Southwest Sea 4. Researching, designing and compiling technical documents and databases for the management and rational use of biological resources in the Southwest Sea 5. Researching the scientific basis, proposing a model of rational use of biodiversity and anchovy resources in the Southwest Sea with the participation of community management
