Objective: To develop a production process and use Nano UFB stone to preserve squid on fishing vessels in Hai Phong. Content: - Overview of domestic and foreign research related to the research issue. - Evaluation of the current status of ice production technology at some ice production facilities in Hai Phong. - Research and develop a process for producing Nano UFB ice and preserving squid with Nano UFB ice; experimental scale at selected facilities. - Experimental production of Nano UFB ice and preserving squid with Nano UFB ice on fishing vessels; Complete and propose the process.
