Objective: - General objective: Successfully develop a process for artificially producing fish breeds and test commercial farming, contributing to diversifying new farming species in coastal brackish water areas. - Specific objectives: + Process of artificial breeding of bream (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris Linnaeus, 1758) in Hai Phong: Rate of mature broodstock 70%, Rate of spawning 60%, rate of fertilized eggs 80%, rate of hatching 60%, survival rate from fry to fingerling 6-7%; from fingerling to juvenile 80%. + Draft Process of commercial farming of bream (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris Linnaeus, 1758) from artificial breeding sources in Hai Phong: Survival rate: ≥ 70%, commercial fish size 65-70 fish/kg; productivity ≥ 5 tons/ha. Content: + Content 1: Research on brood stock rearing: maturation rearing and active rearing in tanks. + Content 2: Research on stimulating fish reproduction with hormones. + Content 3: Research and perfecting techniques for rearing larvae to the breeding stage. + Content 4: Research on experimental commercial rearing of catfish from artificial breeding sources.
