Content

* General objective: Research on developing a process for isolating and producing native bacteriophages (phages) for the prevention and treatment of acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) in Pacific white leg shrimp in Hai Phong. * Specific objectives: - Obtaining a native phage strain that has the ability to combat pathogenic V. parahaemolyticus, including at least one phage that can achieve a minimum bacterial killing rate of over 60%. - Develop a process for isolating native phages to prevent and treat hepatopancreatic necrosis disease in white leg shrimp. - Develop a process for producing phage in solution form to achieve a concentration of 107 PFU/ml. * Content: - Content 1: Overview - Content 2: Research on the process for isolating native phages - Content 3: Research on the process for producing phage product in solution form - Content 4: Completing, evaluating the effectiveness and proposing the process
