* General objectives: Application of technical advance in aquaculture field aiming at enhance effectiveness of polyculture of giant tiger prawn and milkfish helping at improvement water quality, limitation risk of pandemic, looking for the model of ecological culture and sustainability for the fisheries. * Specific objectives: - Building up a model of integrated culture of milkfish with giant tiger prawns in earthen ponds to meet some standard criteria: Stable water environment; survival rate of the prawns is >60%; Shrimp productivity reaches about 5.4 tons (density 15-20 ind./m2); survival rate of the milkfish is>70%; Fish productivity reaches about 1,200 kg. - Building up a technical process for integrated culture of milkfish with giant tiger prawns in earthen ponds in Ben Tre (The process is recognized by the Council of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) - Building certificate of OCOP for catfish and tiger prawns meeting 3-star standards. - Building up certification with recognition of OCOP- 3stars for products of milkfish cakes and shrimp cakes * Content: - Content 1: Investigate and evaluate the status on models of shrimp farming in Binh Dai, Ba Tri, Thanh Phu districts; survey and select site for model of earthen pond in Ben Tre. - Content 2: Study on building up a model of integrated culture of milkfish with giant tiger prawns in earthen ponds in Ben Tre in a sustainable direction. - Content 3: Building up a technical process integrated culture of milkfish with giant tiger prawns in earthen ponds in Ben Tre - Content 4: Building up a value chain associated with the consumption market for giant tiger prawns and milkfish, register for OCOP certificate for products. - Content 5: Technical education and training on techniques for integrated culture of milkfish with giant tiger prawns in earthen ponds in Ben Tre.
