1. Selection of bacteria strains of Lactobaccillus sp used for production of unpasteurized fermented canned fish products of striped catfish and basa catfish fillets. 2. Development of technological process for producing unpasteurized fermented canned fish of striped catfish and basa catfish 3. Technological process and equipment model for producing unpasteurized fermented canned fish of striped catfish and basa catfish with scale of 50-100 boxes (150-200gr/box). 4. Draft basic standards TCCS 02/2017-Technical requirements for unpasteurized canned fish of striped catfish and basa catfish fish. 5. Assess the socio-economic efficiency of the project. 6.
