Content

1. Research, design, installation and operatation a slurry ice system on tuna wooden line fishing boats with engine capacity of ≥ 400 CV. - Collecting, analyzing and overview of domestic and international documents related to the slurry ice system on fishing boats. Learning lessons from experience. - Survey and information collection on the preservative status of oceanic tunas in Vietnam. Building up a set of technical criteria for test selection of line fishing boats. - Design the chilled machine o produce slurry ice (temperature parameters, capacity...). - Design of slurry ice system: motor connector, control unit; conversion the fish hold. - Manufacturing slurry ice systems. - Conversion the system of preservative equipment and installing testing the slurry ice machine and on the test fishing boat. - Building up a process of oceanic tunas preservation by slurry ice and completation slurry ice system (machine and connective system). 2. Building 2 models of application of preservative technology for oceanic tunas by slurry ice on 2 wooden line fishing boats (engine capacity ≥ 400 CV). - Building and selection of 2 tuna line fishing boats for deployment the model. - Construction of 1 more slurry ice system for tuna preservation by above completed system. - Implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the model in terms of: product quality, economy and society. - Completing the process and equipment system for oceanic tunas preservation by slurry ice system.
