Content
1. Objective Ensure effective fishing activities associated with the protection, restoration and regeneration of aquatic resources and biodiversity conservation; develop sustainable and responsible fisheries in accordance with the requirements of international integration; having a reasonable structure and organizational form of production, increasing quality and efficiency; environmental protection, adaptation to climate change; improving living standards, ensuring social security; protect national defense and security on seas and islands under Vietnam's sovereignty, sovereign rights and jurisdiction. 2. Tasks - Task 1. Collecting, synthesizing and evaluating existing information and data for planning purposes - Task 2. Investigate and supplement data for planning - Task 3. Analysis and assessment of natural conditions, results of investigation and assessment of aquatic resources; status of management, exploitation and protection of aquatic resources - Task 4. Assessment of the impacts of aquatic resource protection and exploitation on socio-economic, national defense, security, environment, biodiversity and ecosystems, natural resources other resources - Task 5. Analysis and assessment of impacts of policies and orientations for socio-economic development, environmental protection and plannings related to the protection and exploitation of aquatic resources - Task 6. Forecast of scientific and technological progress and socio-economic development, impacts of climate change on the protection and exploitation of aquatic resources - Task 7. Perspectives and objectives of protecting and exploiting aquatic resources for socio-economic development - Task 8. Orientation to protect and exploit aquatic resources - Task 9. Solutions and resources for the implementation of the plan - Task 10. Building a planning map system - Task 11. Preparation of planning report - Task 12. Building database of planning - Task 13.
