Content
1. Summerize documents, data and overview the investigation, research and assessment of marine resources; environmental conditions - oceanography; plankton, benthic; exploit and protect marine resources in coastal waters of Vietnam; 2. To study and build a base map of zoning for investigation and assessment of marine resources in Vietnam's coastal waters; 3. Investigate and assess the status of marine resources in Vietnam's coastal waters (species composition, catching productivity, distribution of resources, reserves and ability to exploit resources; nutritional characteristics, growth, reproduction and distribution of eggs and juveniles of some economically valuable species and species of conservation value); 4. Investigate and evaluate the current status of some basic oceanographic-environmental factors (temperature, salinity, current,...); species composition and distribution of plankton and benthic organisms in important ecosystems in the coastal waters of Vietnam; 5. General assessment of the current status of marine resources, environment - oceanography and fisheries in coastal waters in 2015 and propose key contents on investigation and research on marine resources in Vietnam's coastal waters South to 2020.
