Objectives: * General objective: Environmental monitoring, warning and surveillance in marine aquaculture concentrated areas in some key provinces serving for the management and direct works of aquaculture activities for sustainable and effective development. * Detail objectives: 1. Coordination with local authorities to survey and choose sample collection sites in marine fish farming in 3 provinces including: Quang Ninh (10 sites), Hai Phong (5 sites) and Kien Giang (9 sites). 2. Monitoring and assessing the status and environmental quality changes in marine fish farming areas in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and Kien Giang, resulting of monitoring by 30 reports and recommendations for solutions of environment treatment in marine fish farming areas to serve the practice marine aquaculture activities in monitoring areas. 3. Works of management, direction and practice of aquaculture activities can be more effective and sustainable development. 4. Update information and data into a unified monitoring database from Central to local authorities in service of works of management, productive direction, ecosystem protection, as well as research.
