Objectives: * General objective: Obtaining environmental monitoring and analysis data in the East-Southwest sea, Con Son sea and some concentrated aquaculture areas to serve the direction works of the aquaculture production sector. * Detail objectives: - Provide information and environmental data in service of environmental management, socio-economic development, security and sovereignty of the Southwest Sea and Con Son sea. - Assessing the status and environmental quality changes and degradation issues in the Southwest Sea and Con Son sea in service of environmental surveillance and warning works as well as development of aquaculture sector. - Update information and data; assessing the status of environmental quality; warning risks of environmental pollution and environmental emergency in some concentrated marine fish farming areas. Content: 1. For the national network of monitoring stations: - Environmental monitoring and analyzing with total 21 parameters (including QA/QC) on a network of 18 stations. - Provide and update the national marine environment database. 2. For the MT network of monitoring stations for marine fish aquaculture of the fisheries sector: - Additional surveys and information collection. - Monitoring and analyzing the status of environmental quality. - Quality assessment and environmental warning. - Writting quick reports. - Analysis and storage the database.
