* General objectives: + Obtaining the environmental data used for monitoring and analysis in the East - South West Sea, Con Son sea and concentrated seafood farming areas. + Contribution the data on time aiming at serving for the directional work. * Detail objectives: + Providing environmental information and data for management, socio-economic development, security and sovereignty of the Southwest Sea and Con Son sea. + Assessing the status, changes of environmental quality and degradation issues in the Southwest Sea and Con Son sea, serving the monitoring and warning of the marine environment, and productive development of the fisheries. + Update information and data; assessing the status of environmental quality; warning about the risk of pollution and environmental incidents in some concentrated marine fish farming areas.
