1. Objectives: * General objective: Completing technology for exploitation, preliminary processing and preservation of the purpleback flying squid in order to improve productive efficiency for the fleet of offshore fishing boats of stick-held falling net. * Detail objectives: - Completing the fishing technological process of the purpleback flying squid by stick-held falling net combined with LED lighting systems to reduce direct productive costs by about 20% in comparison with the present. - Completing the technological process of preliminary processing and preservation of the purpleback flying squid on the offshore fishing boats of stick-held falling net aiming at improving the quality of squids by 30% in comparison with the existing process of fishermen; and the preservative time of squid at sea that is over 20 days with meeting requirement for food quality, safety and hygiene according to current regulations; rate of post-harvest losses dropped by 20% compared to the present. - Building up 02 models of exploitation, preliminary processing and preservation of the purpleback flying squid on the offshore fishing boats of stick-held falling net - Building up a draft of standard for raw materials of the purpleback flying squid. Content: 1. Completation the technological process of exploiting, preliminarily processing and preservation the purpleback flying squid on the offshore fishing boats of stick-held falling net. 2. Building up a model of technological application of fishing, preliminarily processing and preservation the purpleback flying squid on the offshore fishing boats of stick-held falling net. 3. Training, technical training and technology transfer.
