Objectives: * Overall objectives: - Increasing labor productivity, fishing capacity and reducing the number of employees. - Improving economic efficiency as well as fail-safety in fishing operation for the offshore boat fleets of bottom gillnets. * Detail objectives: - Building up 12 models of hydraulic winch for hauling the bottom gill nets on 12 offshore fishing boats in order to increase labor productivity and fishing capacity, reducing from 2 or 3 workers, improving economic efficiency and fail-safety in the operating process. - Technical training associated within overall model for 660 participants (including the boats take part in the model and others). - Propaganda information: Building signs, posters; propagate and advertise on the central and local media; organize 12 practical workshops on agriculture extension and study tours; 12 workshops of model review and 3 initial meetings annually. - Replication the model at least 15%. Content: 1. Building up demonstrative models. 2. Education and training. 3. Information propaganda. 4. Project management.
Output
