Objective: To develop technology and equipment system for preserving tuna on hook and hand-line fishing boats in order to improve the quality and economic value of exported products. Content: 1. Completing UFB nanotechnology to preserve tuna on hook and hand-line fishing boats (02 boats). 2. Trial production on 10 tuna hook and hand-line fishing vessels. 3. Technical training, technological transferring.
